Hi, I’m Sam!

I started salt n sprinkles as a passion project that quickly grew into a full-fledged business. They say when you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life. I’m so grateful that my love for food and for photography has allowed me to do exactly that!


Thoughts On Food

My approach to food is simple: listen to your body. Sometimes my body is craving a wholesome kale salad. To me, salad not only tastes good (I’m proud of my homemade salads!) but it makes me feel good, too.

Sometimes, a four-cheese pizza with lots of garlic is the only thing that will hit the spot. Not only does pizza taste amazing, but that savory, cheesy taste is also oh so very satisfying. I like to balance my diet with both the whole foods and the special treats that my body craves, and I create recipes that satisfy both worlds.


So What’s The Deal With These Cookies?

Cookies are my love language. They’re my favorite dessert, and my favorite thing to bake! It seemed obvious that my small business bakery would be focused on cookies. Although I am no longer shipping cookies nationwide, we may offer cookies again for holidays and special occasions.
